Coral Costa Caribe Beach Resort Juan Dolio, Juan Dolio

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with a mini fridge, but there were limited options left for drinks in the rooms. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff members like Franklin, Sureiny, and others made the stay enjoyable, but there were issues with garbage disposal and attention to detail. The location was convenient for me being close to my family's home, offering various daily activities, but the treatment seemed different based on nationality. The dining experience fell short with minimal choices and the need to explore off-property for variety.

The hotel was conveniently located just a minute away from the buffet, pool, and beach, making it easy for us to keep an eye on the children. Although there were minor issues with the rooms such as malfunctioning light switches and door locks, the overall stay was satisfactory despite not matching the room we saw in the pictures.

The hotel just needs more improvement in terms of room comfort and facilities, lacking a working room phone and having a bad smell. On the bright side, the service provided by the staff members, including entertaining games and helpful assistance from individuals like Franklin, Sureiny, Porfirio, and more, stands out. The location offers diverse daily activities but has some room allocation issues. The dining experience is a mix of good quality choices but could use more variety. Facilities are okay but with room for enhancement.
